Bald Eagle Dancing in the snow

I love the airy quality of this powerful raptor captured in this image, taken in Alaska where the temperature, influenced by the wind chill, felt like a biting -20°F. The snow-covered mountains provide a stunning backdrop to the scene.

I noticed the eagle out of the corner of my eye and focused my camera on it. As it scanned its surroundings, I anticipated its takeoff. I was struck by the grace and playful nature of the moment.
