COLLECTIONS:

ART from the Shore
On the beach at dawn one finds an abundance of treasures. The birds are active and with quick reflexes and a creative eye one can capture special scenes.

FLACO
Artwork from my over 1000 hours of observing Flaco, the Eurasian eagle-owl that escaped the Central Park zoo in Feb 2023 and became the most famous and beloved owl in the world.

BALD EAGLES
I traveled to Alaska to photograph these masters of upside down flight. I was in the middle of the action as they hunted, fought and dove around me.

More OWLS
Join me as I observe Short-eared Owls, Great-horned Owls, Eastern Screech Owls, Long-eared Owls, Snowy Owls, Barred Owls, Burrowing Owls and Saw-whet Owls at dusk or dawn.
-
Even more Raptors
Follow my path as I watch juvenile Peregrine Falcons play, Crested Caracaras build a nest, Hawks hunt and Osprey dive for fish.
-
Songbirds & Hummingbirds
Smaller birds in flight are especially difficult to capture as they are usually quite fast. They dazzle their mates with their colorful feathers displays and captivating melodies.
